SUMMARY:OpenUK London #10: OKRs and Goal-Setting
DESCRIPTION:Details\n\n\nJoin OpenUK on Tuesday 16th January for our tenth OpenUK community meetup – and first of the new year! We will talk about goal setting for your open source communities and businesses\, and specifically Objectives and Key Results aka OKRs. \n6:30pm: Arrive\, grab a bev\, a slice and a chat. Scope out our swag table (bring pieces to contribute or trade!)\n7:15pm: Goal-setting Fishbowl\nFive seats at the front of the room\, with one always empty. If a fifth sits down\, one of the others gets up. A continuous discussion that flows around a topic. Anyone is welcome to jump right into the “bowl” at any time with questions\, topics or responses. (Live stream will also allow remote joiners to participate\, just raise your hand and we’ll add you)\n8:00pm: Breakout OKRs workshop\, facilitated by 1ovmany‘s Erin Davies and Sammy Cranwell\n8:45-9pm: Raffle winner announcement\, cleanup and see-ya-next-time. \nEvery attendee – online or in person – can choose to put their name forward into a prize draw to win a free ticket to the Second Annual State of Open Con taking place on 7-8 February\, 2024\, in central London.
