His work is built on an enduring human truth: people trust people. Who a leader is\, their story\, character\, beliefs and perspective\, can be as commercially powerful as what they do\, yet remains one of the most underutilised sources of differentiation in business. \nA Forbes-featured entrepreneur\, Ryan built and sold IAM\, a model\, creative and casting agency that grew to 70 people across Belfast and Dublin. The agency facilitated international careers for Irish talent and worked with brands including Chanel\, Calvin Klein\, adidas and Vogue. \nRyan went on to advise C-suite leaders across more than 20 organisations on brand\, marketing\, business development and leadership\, with clients including Coca-Cola\, Samsung\, P&G\, KFC\, EA Sports and the NFL. His consulting career also saw him take on interim executive appointments as Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer. \nToday\, Ryan leads Sonder\, an executive personal branding firm for founders and senior leaders\, including executives at McKinsey\, Deloitte and Shell. Sonder turns the expertise\, experience and individuality of its clients into visibility\, authority and commercial opportunity through LinkedIn\, media\, speaking and other strategic channels.
