Joining OVO Energy in 2013, Elizabeth has held roles across OVO as the company grew to the UK’s leading independent energy supplier with nearly 5m customers across its retail brands. In this time Elizabeth has led the analysis and forecasting of energy costs, pricing strategy and proposition valuation.
Elizabeth joined the OVO Group strategy team in 2019, leading the development of OVO’s energy policy working across both the Retail function and Kaluza, OVO’s intelligent energy division. Concurrently, Elizabeth developed pricing strategy for OVO’s international expansion to Europe and Australia. Elizabeth returned from a six month sabbatical in January 2021 as Head of Policy Analytics, delivering expert insight and advice across a range of energy market topics with a primary focus on the consumer journey to Net Zero. Elizabeth now leads the Market Design and Strategy function, focusing on solutions, markets and frameworks to deliver Net Zero.
