Dr. Maria Lema holds a Ph.D. in Telecoms and is the CEO and co-founder of Weaver Labs where she oversees both commercial and strategy development. After a stint as an academic researcher, Maria joined the team at King’s College London, contributing to the 5G Tactile Internet Lab powered by Ericsson. In addition to her role at Weaver Labs, Maria lends her insights to different innovation advisory boards and start-up communities, contributing to discussions on academia’s role in innovation, the future of telecoms, and the transformative impact of connectivity on technology and society.
