About OpenUK Ambassadors Program
OpenUK ambassadors represent the best of open source globally, as a group, chosen from the leading community of “open sourcerers” based in the UK. They span all areas of open technology – open source software, AI, data, hardware and open standards. We are grateful to them for the work they do across open technology and the contributions they make to our digital economy. To be selected as an OpenUK Ambassador, they have demonstrated experience and exceptional contribution to open technology.
The Ambassador appointment is for a two-year period from April 2026.

6. Support SOOCon – CFP committees, or promote and attend if possible
