He has led strategy and delivery at organisations including Amazon Web Services, Neo4j, Canonical, and Chainguard, launching secure, scalable platforms from concept through to commercial adoption. Mark specialises in commercialising open source, aligning engineering and go-to-market teams, and helping enterprises adopt emerging technologies such as cloud-native infrastructure and AI-driven workloads. A frequent community contributor and former OpenInfra Foundation board director, he brings a practical, customer-focused perspective on building resilient, production-grade platforms at global scale.
