Neslihan is from the PMs team and responsible for the Learning Area of the UK body for Open Technology. In addition to this volunteering responsibility, she runs NGlobal Consultancy Ltd. that was founded in 2019 with 10+ years of working experience. She helps to design successful project management histories as a freelancer especially in IT and for various sectors.

Neslihan has previously been the Director responsible for volunteer relations in PMI Turkey Chapter and worked as a PMO for many global companies such as Nortel, BMW, and digital and retail banks in the past. She stepped into the consultancy career in the UK in 2001 and her project management career in 2007. She has very wide project management experience in both technical (almost end-to-end IT ) and non-technical (process, change, marketing) areas.
