With over 30 years in telecommunications, Paul has helped shape the industry’s evolution from 2G to 5G and now into the AI era. He has led major innovations across the sector, from early data monetisation platforms to cloud-native 5G deployments and the integration of AI into enterprise communications.

Paul has held senior technology leadership roles at Oracle and MATRIXX Software, where he built a 5G and cloud-native Centre of Excellence at Adastral Park and helped deliver the landmark DISH 5G deployment.

Alongside his industry work, he is also a visiting lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Suffolk, helping prepare the next generation for an AI-enabled telecoms future.
