Paul is Head of Fieldfisher’s Communications and Digital Infrastructure Sector Group and is listed as a Leading Individual for IT/TMT work by Legal 500 and Chambers.

He has particular experience advising on digital transformation and cloud implementation projects, outsourcing services arrangements and associated regulatory issues, 5G and full-fibre roll-out.

He acts for network infrastructure providers (Zayo, MBNL, NEC), MVNOs (Lycamobile and Gigs), mobile network operators, regulatory bodies (such as the JCRA and Bahraini TRA), and infrastructure providers (including Wireless Infrastructure Group).
