Rochelle is Head of Legal for EMEA at Cloudreach, a cloud native cloud technology and services provider. Rochelle has extensive experience dealing with commercial, intellectual property, and corporate legal matters relating to online platforms, IT infrastructure, and software in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Europe. She has worked both in specialist private practice technology and data protection teams, and in-house at technology companies, including most recently Deliveroo.

Rochelle is a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Arts majoring in politics (BA) from the University of Otago.
