She has been a practitioner and leader in technical sales, consulting, and IT services. She is currently the UK Country Leader at Red Hat and a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS). Joanna maintains a keen understanding of technology and its application to business and society. She is passionate about the importance of good design for successful IT projects and promotes the use of design thinking and open practices to create user centric solutions. She has a track record of transforming substantial organisations and building successful teams who deliver client success.
