He has worked in various functions such as R&D, Engineering, Sales and Services for product innovation, asset performance management and product lifecycle management. He brings experience in technology led transformation to energy, oil & gas, renewable, manufacturing with his in-depth knowledge of Industry 4.0 Sandeep has spearheaded development of Digital Twin of Plants comprising rotating and static assets through advanced pattern recognition and artificial intelligence. He has worked extensively for energy transition strategies, Asset Management, Reliability and Maintenance, Renewable integration to improve overall performance and profitability. He has expertise in network optimization and management and has worked with both public and private sector companies to improve network agility. He is MBA from MDI Gurgaon and masters from IIT Bombay in Energy Science and Engineering. He has undergone certification programs for bringing technology to Market from ESMT Berlin. He currently Associate Partner in KPMG and driving Industry 4.0 transformation in Power Grid through Asset Performance Management
