George Drayson is the Chief AI Officer and co-founder of Locai Labs, a UK company based in London that develops on-prem sovereign AI so enterprises can own their intelligence. He is a PhD candidate at the UCL Foundational AI CDT and a member of the UCL NLP Group, where his research investigates large language models, including model collapse, continual learning, and self-improvement. George holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford and is a Makers Academy Graduate.
