Adam specialises in transactions relating to the development, use and transfer of intellectual property. He has particular expertise within the Life Sciences sector and advise a broad range of clients (including start-ups and academic and research institutes). Adam is also the Chair of the Licensing Executives Society Young Members (Great Britain & Ireland).
