She advises on a broad range of software and technology-related transactions and on the commercial aspects of M&A transactions in the telecoms and technology sector. As a former General Counsel in telecoms, data centres and technology, and with over 25 years of experience, advising major corporations, start-ups, SMEs and the public sector, Anne has a wealth of experience in all aspects of telecom and technology legal matters and the related business issues.
Anne has a Masters degree in Computer and Communications Law.
