Daniel Izquierdo Cortazar, PhD in empirical software engineering, is the co-founder and CEO of Bitergia, a leading company in software development analytics. A recognized expert in Open Source and InnerSource ecosystems, Daniel helps organizations make data-driven decisions regarding community health, corporate risk, and digital sovereignty. He holds prominent leadership roles across the industry, serving as Chair of the InnerSource Commons Foundation, a Board Member of the Apereo Foundation, and a Co-Founder and Governing Board Member of the CHAOSS project at the Linux Foundation. A frequent international speaker, Daniel regularly delivers keynotes and leads panels at major events.
