David worked many years managing Enterprise IT and large programmes in Telecommunications, Financial Services and Fintech. In 2023 David started in open-source leading Mifos work in tailoring Payment Hub EE an opensource DPG for payments orchestration for Government DPI aligned to the ITU GovStack specification. Since he has become Director of Programs with Mifos which champions open-source financial solutions for financial inclusion. Building and maintaining the Mifos Community and Partner Ecosystem, so they are sustainable for the future and setting up the AI Working Group and organising the intern program across Mifos. David continues in GovStack encouraging technical community engagement.
