Eva is Policy Manager at OpenUK. Her research focuses on digital policy and research infrastructure, with a particular interest in digital sovereignty, AI governance and cultural data. She previously worked at the National Palace Museum in Taipei, where she managed the museum’s presence on Google Arts & Culture, worked on an AI-integrated STEAM outreach programme and contributed to its open data project. She is completing an MSc in Science and Technology Policy at SPRU, University of Sussex.
