Gigin is one of the founding engineers of the Open Healthcare Network and the creator of CARE, a Digital Public Good EMR system. Over the past five years, he has led the development of AI-driven digital public goods for healthcare, including TeleICU and Scribe. As the Engineering Lead at eGov Foundation, he has overseen CARE’s deployment across 200+ government hospitals in nine Indian states.
