Lou is the Head of Business Improvement at The Brooke, Action for Working Horses and Donkeys – An organisation founded to improve the welfare of working equids and the owners who depend on them.

Lou’s experience of Open source comes from her roles, over 8 years, at Canonical focussing on Project and Programme management. Her earlier experience includes positions in HR software, Marketing, Media and FMCG delivering projects, and optimising processes and structure.
