Peter has been involved in open source for over thirty years across a wide range of the ecosystem including Linux, IoT and Edge, RTOSes, from large deployments of OpenStack and Kubernetes in the data centre, cloud to edge deployments as far away as space.

He was at Red Hat for 12 years across a number of roles from the consulting team supporting customers onsite, leading architecture bootstrap in release engineering, to leading the Red Hat edge team driving the RH Device Edge and associated product development. He is now at Arm as a software architect for complex platforms.

He is involved in, and actively contributes, to numerous open source projects for both work and pleasure.
