Simon focuses on complex IT transactions and emerging technologies and leads the firm’s International Technology Sector Group. He has significant experience advising on business-critical IT and managed services arrangements, BPO/IT outsourcings, cloud services, and system integration and digital transformation projects. He also advises clients in relation to the development, licensing and deployment of technology, both from a supplier and customer perspective. His experience includes advising on business-critical colocation data centre agreements, the provision and procurement of software as a service, cloud computing, and developing, licensing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions.

Simon has co-authored several publications on outsourcing and AI, and is ranked by Chambers and Partners (Legal) for Information Technology and Outsourcing.
