Tom has spent many years working on Connected TV applications and leading teams at the BBC, before moving into supporting multiple BBC teams with open source, industry engagement, and InnerSource practices. Tom is a regular conference speaker and contributes to several industry foundations, including the InnerSource Commons, where he has served on the board and in various officer roles.
