Will is a Principal at Slalom Build, who has worked on a vast range of projects largely focussing on AWS, GitLab and HashiCorp products with large multinationals, startups and financial services. Overall, he is always looking for solutions combining process improvement, software development and appropriate cloud computing initiatives to build value.

He has also been involved in various community initiatives, being a GitLab Hero (and organiser of the London meetup) and an ex-Docker Community Leader in Cambridge as well as actively presenting at meetups and conferences in the UK and across Europe and contributing code to various open-source communities. He lives in Cambridge with his wife, two children and 16 guitars.
