Chris has been supporting organisations with their digital transformation and adoption of open for over a decade. At EPAM he is the Lead Open Source Program Manager where he supports employees and clients with their consumption, contribution and maturity in open source through designing strategies and initiatives to get individuals excited about open.

He is incredibly passionate about diversity and inclusion and leads the non-profit ‘Intertech’, promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion in the tech industry. Additionally, Chris is OpenUK’s Chief Learning Officer as well as a being trustee and board member for other organisations focused on increasing access to careers in STEM.
