Iain G. Mitchell KC practices at both the Scottish and English Bars. He is Honorary KC to Open UK and a member of the Editorial Board of JOLTS. He is also: Chair of the Scottish Society for Computers and Law; a member of the IT Panel of the Bar Council; member of the IT Committee of the CCBE in Brussels; Vice-Chair of the CCBE Surveillance Working Party; Chair of the IT Committee of the European Association of Lawyers; an Honorary lecturer in IT Law at Munster University in Germany and a Court Assistant of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.
