Research and Reporting Show and Tell

To engage the global community conducting research and reporting in open source OpenUK has since 2021, held regular Show and Tell events, where it updates that community on its work and enables them to share their work and to take questions and gain feedback. In doing so it supports collaboration in research and reporting and encourages others across the community to do the same, reflecting its approach to research and reporting where it carefully acknowledges the work of others on which it builds. Our research and reporting ought, like our community of code creators, to recognise that we “stand on the shoulders of giants”.

We not only attribute others and recognise their work within a comprehensive reference section but we also include those references on this web site and encourage all – whether their organisation is large or small, whether they are established or embryonic, and whatever field their organisation is from – academic, business or community – to take part and to share and grow together.
