About the role
OpenUK is looking to appoint additional Non-Executive Directors to the OpenUK for an initial 3 year term. you will play a crucial role in providing independent oversight, strategic guidance, and practical support to the executive team. Your insights and experience will be vital in ensuring OpenUK’s long-term success, influence in technology policy, and global impact. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of success, with previous relevant experience in certain business functions and/or Open Technology. We aim to select individuals that will complement the existing mix of skills in our Board of Directors into the Board mix. All OpenUK Directors must have been UK Resident for tax purposes in the preceding 12 months. Roles will begin in January 2026.
