Dear Readers,
OpenUK and OpenHQ will be leading the open source conversation in New Delhi next week. I am fortunate enough to be joining the World Leaders’ Main Summit day on 19 November and we will be hosting and participating in a number of events at the Main Summit and across the fringe. This is the fourth global summit, following on from the original Bletchley Park Summit in 2023 and will set the agenda for AI conversations including AI Openness in 2026. I am delighted to be attending the leaders event at the summit for a second time and hope to bring an open source ecosystem voice to the conversation. A special shout out to GitHub for their sponsorship of this work.

We will share the critical conversations in one short report on 20th February, on the day that the summit comes to a close, sharing on the last day of the Summit, as we did in 2025 with the Paris AI Action Summit AI Openness Report. We will share this report in a special newsletter on the 20th.
