Dear Readers,

As we move into an unusual summer for the UK all eyes, including OpenUK’s, are focused on the upcoming 4th July election. OpenUK is a non-partisan organisation seeking to work with all political parties and this election offers the opportunity for you our supporters to have your voice heard on UK tech policy. Please take time if you haven’t already to read The Open Manifesto, sign up as an individual and perhaps add your organisation, or your employer’s support. If you have already done this, why not help us further in building a cohesive voice by sharing The Open Manifesto with others and asking them to support too – share it across your social media, newsletters, slack and other digital channels to help build momentum.

We now have data on Prospective Parliamentary Candidates. Download the draft letter and send The Open Manifesto to your local PPC’s.

Our July report will focus on The Open Manifesto topics and we will explore these in its launch event on 3 July. Why not join us?

OpenUK’s Open Manifesto

The Open Manifesto sets out 3 critical asks for the future government in the UK. Please lend your and your personal and your organisation’s support to this document.  We have also provided data on your Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for you to share The Open Manifesto with them.
